What you can do
Choose what unlocks a gift
Target products, categories or manufacturers. Any matching paid product can unlock a campaign when its other conditions are met.
Set a meaningful minimum
Set a minimum paid-product cart total after coupon discounts, including or excluding tax. Delivery charges and gifts never fund the threshold.
Let customers choose
Offer one or more gift products and let the shopper choose one per eligible campaign, including its supported product options.
Control timing and audience
Use start and end dates and select customer groups. Guests use the store’s default customer group.
Keep gifts consistent with the cart
Revalidate eligibility as the cart changes. Gifts are removed when a campaign no longer applies, and repeated claims cannot produce duplicate gifts for the same campaign.

Install and activate
Choose the package for your OpenCart version, follow its installation guide and validate your DevmanExtensions licence in the module administration.

Includes separate installers for OpenCart 1.5.5–2.2, 2.3, 3.x and 4.x, including 4.1. Default-theme integration is included across these families; the OpenCart 3 package also retains Journal 3 adapter hooks. Custom themes, modified cart classes and checkout extensions may need separately quoted integration work.
Useful answers before purchase
How is the minimum amount calculated?
The minimum uses the cart’s paid products after coupon discounts, in the store’s base currency, with the selected tax basis. Shipping and gift lines are excluded. The cart must also contain a product matching the campaign’s product, category or manufacturer selection.
How many gifts can a shopper receive?
The shopper can choose one gift for each qualifying campaign. Removing qualifying items or applying a coupon that takes the cart below the minimum removes the affected gift on recalculation.
Which gift products can I use?
Use native products with a minimum quantity of one, available stock, no recurring profile and no required file-upload options. Supported options include select, radio, checkbox, text, textarea, date and time inputs.
Can shoppers continue without choosing a gift?
Yes. Shoppers can close the gift selector or press Escape and continue shopping. Cart changes can display an eligible offer again.
Is Journal required?
No. The default OpenCart storefront works independently of Journal. Journal 3 hooks are included for stores using that theme; ask us to review your exact theme and checkout version before purchase.
Where do I download the extension?
Use the DevmanExtensions Download Center after purchase and install the archive for your platform. Back up the store and test in staging before changing production.
